  • Traffic Offence Management application suite: An integrated suite of programs comprising storage, indexing, processing of digitised images, interface to Traffic Authorities, offence review by Authority and viewing by accused, interfaces to court systems for traffic offence processing (summons and warrant of arrest)
  • Customer Relations Management System: A system to monitor client satisfaction and service levels. The application includes automatic emailing of daily, weekly and monthly reports

  • Quote generator for Motor Vehicle Services and Repairs
  • Administration and Workstation Toolbar facility that integrates with Microsoft Office and standardises the use of organisation templates and documents

  • Online catalogue and ordering system (including multiple international gateways and dual-source entry points)
  • Franchisee Management System
  • Memorial Park Management system: A suite of applications to manage forward sale / booking of gravesites by means of a right of interment and
  • A multi-level investment marketing scheme.
  • Web based applications using ASP. Client queries on progress with insurance claims over the Web. The systems enabled brokers and clients to query the database maintained by the companies over the Web. The system enabled brokers to rapidly determine the replacement cost of items stolen / damaged. Scheme processed insurance claim purchase vouchers
  • Insurance Broking Management and Control System: The system included client database, policy database, premium calculation and debit orders, commissions, and administration pertaining thereto.
  • Warranty and Repairs Control and Tracking system
  • A complete Engineering Project Control System at two leading South African engineering firms – based on our own Engineering and Project Management System and customised according to client requirements. This was installed and used to run multiple engineering projects over a number of years
  • Computer systems to manage the material specification and procurement, labour timesheets, workshop loading and assembly tracking, and drawing office management
  • Corporate Control System provided by the head office in USA. Financial results, consolidations, etc. Ad hoc reporting and programming
  • Part of the rescue team for an IT Consultancy – Retail, Point-of-sale, etc. Responsibilities included investigation of the viability of all the IT systems, the integration of multiple inter-store systems, bureau based systems, branch IT interfaces, the personnel and management issues.
  • Management, evaluation and selection of new software / packages
  • Design and procurement of an ERP system
  • Selection and implementation of a new systems, customisation according to client requirements. Ongoing consultancy projects included investigations of IT and related systems, investigation of inventory controls, etc.
